These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Awesome Copy, a clipboard manager application for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS ("the App"), made available by Kind Park LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to distribute the App, sell access to it, or use it in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms.
Awesome Copy is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's usage rules as set forth in their Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Awesome Copy is a one-time purchase. You pay once and receive lifetime access to all current and future features, with no recurring fees or subscription required. The purchase price is processed entirely through the Apple App Store — we do not handle payment information directly.
A 7-day free trial is included. You will not be charged until the trial period ends, and you may purchase at any time during or after the trial through the App.
All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through their App Store support.
Awesome Copy supports Apple Family Sharing. A single purchase may be shared with up to five family members in the same Family Sharing group.
All content within the App — including the design, code, icons, graphics, and text — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, trade names, or branding.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Awesome Copy uses Apple iCloud to sync your clipboard history across your devices. This sync is conducted entirely through your personal iCloud account — we have no access to your clipboard data at any time. Your data is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining your own iCloud account in good standing. We are not liable for any data loss or sync failures caused by iCloud service interruptions or account issues.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
We make no representations about the suitability of the App for any particular purpose. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
The App relies on Apple services including iCloud, the App Store, and RevenueCat for purchase management. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice. If the App is discontinued, your one-time purchase does not obligate us to continue development or support indefinitely.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your license to use the App terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
