Help us improve Awesome Copy by sending crash logs when something goes wrong.
If you've experienced a crash in Awesome Copy, sending us the crash report helps us identify and fix the issue quickly. Follow the steps below to locate and submit your crash log.
How to Find Crash Reports
Open Finder on your Mac
Go to the crash logs folder
Press Cmd + Shift + G (Go to Folder) and enter:
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
Look for Awesome Copy crash files
They will be named something like:
Sort by Date Modified
Click the "Date Modified" column header in Finder to see the most recent crashes first
Open the crash log
Double-click to open it in Console.app, or right-click and choose "Open With > TextEdit" to view as plain text
Copy or save the file
Drag it to your Desktop or another location to prepare it for sending
Tip: If you don't find crash files in the main folder, also check the retired logs folder:
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/Retired
Send Us the Crash Report
Once you've located the crash file, please email it to us along with a brief description of what you were doing when the crash occurred. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster.
