Scope: This policy applies only to purchases of Awesome Copy made directly through us, outside of the Apple App Store. If you purchased through the App Store, refunds are handled entirely by Apple — please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
If you purchased Awesome Copy directly from us and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. We want you to feel confident trying the app, and we'd rather issue a refund than have you feel stuck with something that isn't working for you.
To request a refund, email us at awesomecopyapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
We'll process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Refund requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you're experiencing a technical issue, please reach out — we'll do our best to resolve it before treating the request as a refund.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's own refund policy and are outside our control. To request an App Store refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
