Submit report →Sync requires iCloud Drive to be enabled on all your devices and that you are signed into the same Apple ID. Check that iCloud Drive is turned on in System Settings → Apple ID → iCloud. If the issue persists, see the Troubleshooting Guide.
Open Awesome Copy, go to Settings, and tap or click Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used to purchase Pro. If your Pro purchase does not restore, contact us at awesomecopyapp@gmail.com.
On macOS, Awesome Copy requires Accessibility permissions to monitor the clipboard. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and make sure Awesome Copy is enabled. You may need to remove and re-add it if it was recently updated.
Yes. All clipboard data is stored locally on your device and synced privately via iCloud. We never have access to your clipboard contents. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
